Directions 1. Wear against the skin. 2. Undo straps and gently pull onto hand by sliding through internal sleeve (insert thumb through thumb hole). 3. Secure middle strap first, then secure the remaining straps. 6. Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch (do not over tighten).
