Common Uses Contains herbs traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to induce sleep and relieve sleeplessness and excess nervous energy. Passionflower and Hops is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to decrease restless sleep and nervous tension. Formulated with magnesium to support muscle function and nervous system health. Lemon balm helps in relieving symptoms of mild mental stress and aid sleep.

Directions Adults: Take 2-3 daily with water before bed or as directed by your health professional.

Ingredients Each tablet provides: Humulus Lupulus dry flower extract 66.67 mg equiv. Humulus lupulus dry flower 500 mg Passiflora incarnata herb top flowering and fruiting extract 150 mg equiv. Passiflora incarnata dry herb top flowering and fruiting 1.5 g Melissa officinalis dry leaf extract 107.14 mg equiv. Melissa officinalis dry leaf 750 mg Magnesium citrate 324.88 mg equiv. Magnesium 52.5 mg Contains: Sulfites.
