Bad start to treatment.

i've only just started the course. However, both sides of treatment tab seem equally sticky. They are sticking to the wrapper because it is not immediately obvious that the 'shiney' paper piece is essential. Nor is it obvious which way up the 'shiney' piece needs to be. It would helpfull if the manufacturing information was printed on the back of the 'shiney' piece. Maybe the first of the three treatment packs is regarded as a sacrefical training tool. This experience does not inspire confidence that the final outcome of the treatment will be successful.

Horrible instructions and product design

I simply don't know which side to use. How does this pass through even the most basic quality standard. Both sides are sticky as indicated on other reviews which just makes this an annoying product to use.

Meh!

The plasters don’t stick very well and have to put a band aid over the top but it still moves constantly so the pad moves around too causing damage to skin that’s doesn’t need treating. The medicated patches itself are confusing as both sides are sticky and when you open the pack half the patches are on one side and half on the other. It was unclear which side to use.Better instructions or different colour sides would be better.

COULD be a useful product

On opening the medicated patches, half were stuck to one piece of film & half to the other, as these patches were NOT marked it was very unclear as to what was the medicated side. A brief search on the internet referred to a difference in shade (one side lighter than the other) & texture (one side smoother than the other). I found this to be far from clear & certainly NOT of the standard I expect when using acids! Please take steps to make this difference much more distinct.
