An absolute waste of my money, they do not fit snug in my mouth at all and definitely could cause me to choke. I'm very disappointed.

Do not waste your money on this product, highly disappointing I’ve had to throw them away they in no shape or form fit a mouth or work - so dangerous a total choking hazard.

Wasted my money. Don't stay in place. My grinding plate made by a dentist got damaged & thought I would try these until I get a new one.

Dont waste your money

Its flimsy and small. It does not hold in place and fits lose on your teeth. Better to get a heat treated mouth guard.
