Very disappointed

Two of the four wooden towers that came were damaged, I had to do emergency repairs as needed the products the next day. Very disappointed

Unfortunately it was lopsided and the screws that are meant to be glued into the centre poles fell out and can’t be screwed back in. Very disappointed. Have to return it.

Poor quality product. Screws are off centre to the columns, leading to a leaning, uneven stand. The timber insert nuts are not flush and not secured, meaning the stand can pull out fall apart.
