Flavourless. Unfortunately this beetroot was very flat in flavour, definitely could not taste the full beet flavour or freshness that you get from other labels. Pre-diced is very convenient (unless you prefer or require sliced beet). Another major down is that this is a Chinese product- unless you are on an extremely tight budget why avoid the freshness of Australian grown beetroot?Will not be purchasing this product.

Pantry staple. I love having this as a pantry staple if I want to add a little colour and something to my salads. I also find it easy and convenient for walnut, beetroot and feta salad as it is already in cubes for you. Easy to find in store

Salad addition. I don’t buy the diced beetroot because it doesn’t fit into a sandwich or hamburger roll but it was good to be able to try this for a change. I like the colours on the can and it makes it easy to identify it as beetroot, so does the shape of the can. It is easy to open with its pull ring. It’s very good in a salad, particularly because I don’t use a dressing. My options are usually olives or feta cheese and this is probably a healthier option. It gives the salad the tang and saltiness that it needs. It’s a bit too sweet and I would prefer it to be less so.

Good in Salad. I prefer sliced beetroot but this was fine in a salad. Easy pull top tin, probably wouldn't buy again, however not a bad product for the price.

Convenience. What a great convenience having diced beetroot! I don't know why I haven't brought this before. I've always cut up beetroot and what a mess it makes but this diced beetroot was so handy to toss into a salad. The taste was great and a pull ring on the can made it even more quicker rather than looking for the can opener. Only downside is that it wasn't Australian
