Great for cooking. Delicious and great for cooking. Good price for the size of the pack.

Natural Cashews, Good for Cooking. These cashews are pretty much best for cooking in a stir fry, curry, salads or biscuits. I fried some up in a pan with some veggies and added them to a cashew chicken stir fry and they came out pretty good giving a crunchy texture to the dish. Not really the best for snacking on as they are very bland being Natural. You could probably roast some and add a sprinkle of salt if you want. Packet was easy to find in the Baking aisle with it's clear window to view the product. Mine had a shelf life of 8 months. Pretty good price tag for the size of the pack.

Great snack and versatile. They are great for cooking, throwing on top of breakfast yogurt or having a handful with fruit for morning tea. For the health benefits it’s probably best without the salt which I can understand would make it bland for some.

Versatile cashews. Found these to be bland & a bit chewy when eaten straight from the packet. They seemed more for use in cooking & baking rather than snacking on. Considered adding to granola mix, protein balls or biscuits. In the end, I decided to roast them in the oven. As I had peanuts, I used these as well. I added a a tablespoon of water, a teaspoon of flour & a teaspoon of salt & popped them in the over. So glad I did as they were delicious.
