Mug cakes craze. My daughter’s latest craze is making a mug cakes. This was a great addition. My favourite would be the raspberry and white chocolate cake.

Great for baking. Used to make blondies, great taste however the ingredients in the chocolate were quite large. Wish there wasn’t so many preservatives and additives and the ingredient list was simplified. In a pinch to a healthier alternative, this was good.

Great for baking! I used this chocolate to make white chocolate and raspberry muffins and was really impressed with the results. I chopped the chocolate into chunks and it baked beautifully, leaving little pockets of creamy white chocolate throughout the muffins. The flavour was sweet and smooth without being overpowering, and it paired perfectly with the raspberries. It also chopped easily and held its shape well during baking. I'll definitely be buying it again for future baking projects.
