Best gluten free cake mix I've tried. My best friend is coeliac and I was a bit nervous swapping my usual from-scratch recipe for a box mix when I baked for her birthday. Honestly it turned out better than expected - moist, not gritty, and nobody at the party could tell it was gluten free. The icing packet included was a lifesaver since I always forget to buy extra icing sugar. Keeping a box in the pantry from now on.
