A little too hard

A little too hard. I really liked the classic ginger flavour of these biscuits. They have that lovely warm spice taste that goes perfectly with a cup of tea or coffee and brings back memories of traditional gingernut biscuits. My only issue is the texture. I found them quite hard to bite into, especially for kids and anyone who prefers a slightly softer biscuit. They are great if you like to dunk biscuits in tea to soften them, but they could be improved by having a little more crunch without being so hard.

Nice crunchy biscuit

Nice crunchy biscuit. Mmm nothing like a good gingernut. Great with a cuppa. Also make a nice cheesecake or sweet slice base.

Great little bicky for the ginger lovers

Great little bicky for the ginger lovers. These biscuits are well priced, and have a nice gingery flavour. A thinner biscuit than the ones I grew up with which makes them easier to eat. Quite enjoyable, will purchase again.

Delicious

Delicious. These are a great price, the value for money really cannot be beat. They are firm and crunchy like the ginger nuts I grew up with - delicious! They are very versatile or can be eaten in their own. As a serving suggestion I’d recommend either as a s’mores type thing with a choc dot and a marshmallow microwaved or air fryer briefly. Another suggestion is to place over the top of a muffin pan and air fry on low to make them malleable into a cup and in the cup place a dollop of caramel and drizzle of chocolate

Good

Good. Tastes more ginger than the pricier ginger nut biscuits. If you like ginger then buy some!
