Good cheap cereal. Great to have in pantry as a backup if you run out of your regular cereal. Not exactly the same as the named brand, but kids enjoy it sometimes. Flavour can be hit and miss. Have tried it a few times. Sometimes it tastes great and other times it tastes stale. Not the best in terms of health, but not many cereals are these days. Overall and ok cereal to have if funds are tight.

Weight loss/cravings hack! High protein helps cravings. This is a great product to keep in the pantry if you are on a weight loss journey, because it’s high source of protein, I normally have it with a protein shake mix it together with the cereal and it hits that craving when your craving for sweets! Seriously try it out! It’s great value compared to other cereals and has become a regular in our pantry. Perfect for busy mornings when you need something quick and satisfying before heading out the door.

Not the greatest. I'm not a big fan of this type of cereal, and my kids weren't a fan of this one either. They preferred the nutrigrain over this. Probably wouldn't buy this again
