Woolworths Peanut Oil 750ml

Excellent value for money. I love Woolies peanut oil. It is excellent value for money and the high smoke point of peanut oil makes it excellent for deep frying.

Good peanut oil. peanut oil is good for cooking asian dishes & this one is just as good as the branded ones

Different flavoured oil for cooking. I wasn’t sure what or how to use peanut oil. I put a bit on fried rice and it was tasty. I also added to a salad. it is a yummy flavour.

Perfect Fries Oil. We love using peanut oil in our deep fryer, it cooks up teh best fries. Its a neutral oil so gives very little flavour. Convenient sized bottle with a easy to use flip top lide. Easy to find on the shelf with the burgundy label and pic of peanuts on it/ Priced reasonably as well. I wish it was Australian Peanuts used thats the only thing I don't like about it, it is using imported peanuts (from where???) It ios something I would repurchase and use again, Thanks for the opportunity to try the Woolies brand out

Good for frying. This is great for frying and stir fries I used it for both and found it tasted good not peanut flavour at all, very light on flavour and smoke tolerance.

Great Pantry Staple. I usually use EVOO for cooking, dressings etc, but was happy to try the Woolworths Peanut Oil. It seems a good quality oil and is very useful for shallow and deep frying due to its high smoke point. It doesn’t have a strong smell and has a really pleasant peanut flavour that is not overpowering like some other oils. We found it great for shallow frying things like schnitzels and fried chicken. It was also great for roasting veggies in the oven, especially potatoes … left them really crispy and delicious. We rubbed some on steak before frying it and that worked well too without drying out the steak. It was tasty in some stir fries and worked well in some salad dressings that we made. It was easy to pour from the bottle without dripping down the side. Although it’s in a plastic bottle, the bottle is at least recyclable. It is good value at $6 for 750ml and has a long use by date. The label says Made In Australia, but doesn’t mention what % of the product is Australian ingredients. Although I prefer EVOO, I would recommend this product and would buy it in the future.

Quality oil. This is a very good quality peanut oil which I like to use in high heat cooking like stir fries. It is equally as good as the brand name versions. I much prefer to use it instead of canola or sunflower oil.

Oil is okay. If you need a cheap, simple oil, this is okay. Packed from imported ingredients- doesn’t say where from unfortunately. I wouldnt purchase this based on the original not being disclosed.
