Woolworths Peanuts In Shell 500g

Fresh and satisfying snack. Very good snack. Being in the shell means they take a while to get through so not a problem to overeat like regular shelled nuts. Grown in Queensland is great and no salt makes them healthier too.

Snack for a change. Haven’t had unshelled peanuts for years so a bit of nostalgia. They were a bit of fun, but too much effort for a regular purchase. Appreciate being given them to trial.

Worth shelling out for 🥜🥜. I haven’t had peanuts in their shells for years and was really pleased to see that these are Aussie grown 😊🇦🇺The nuts in the bag looked a little dustier than the picture on here and some of the shells were cracked - but that doesn’t affect the flavour and it feels a bit more natural to see them like that (real life isn’t perfect)The shells were easy to crack open with fingers and the peanuts have been roasted in the shells, giving them a nice strong peanut flavour. It’s a bit more fiddly to eat them this way than when they’re conveniently shelled for you, but that’s not a bad thing as it was a natural portion control! 😆$6 for 500g, and grown here - I will buy them again

Peanut Snack Challenge. Grown in Qld:) The challenge is to open the shell, with my not-so-strong nails I found some were tricky. Used the flat part of a knife to crack the shell. I did enjoy the taste, took some to work with my home-dehydrated apple and strawberry. Downside for me - packet too big for us. PS had one bad one (so far) - if the inside of the shell is black I wouldn't recommend eating the nut.

Nostalgia in a bag. The bonus of peanuts in the shell is they make you eat slowly 🤣 unless you feel them all first! I haven't eaten peanuts like this for a long time. $6 for 500g. Messy but fun

Aussie Peanuts. I bought these Australian Peanuts to try as they had great reviews from other Bunchees. On opening the bag I was greeted by the fresh peanut smell and was reminded of buying them at VFL Footy Matches from the vendor walking around the boundary line during the quarter breaks. They are a source of protein and fibre and grown on farms in Central and South East Queensland. Check locally for the bag recycling. For a price of $6. 00 for 500gms I think they are affordable and would purchase again. I would recommend to others who enjoy an Aussie Peanut. 😃

Peanuts in shell. It’s been so fun having peanuts in shells in the house! Firstly, my sons had no idea that’s how nuts are grown. I got them out for a play date with children ages 5-11 and they all had so much fun cracking open the shells. They taste great too. What an awesome buy.

Tasty peanuts. I bought these after seeing ninja1’s review, so thank you ☺️ ninja1. The peanuts 🥜 were in the healthy snacks and nuts side in the dimly lit Woolies. I remember ninja1 said to look for large size peanuts so that shelling them wouldn’t take too long. I had some tonight and they were crunchy and tasty and fresh. You do need a little bit of hand and finger strength to squish the shell to open them up. Some were a bit hard for me so I had to press one hand over the other to open the peanut shell. It is also messy as the shell and peanut skin can scatter. These are Australian dry roasted peanuts and they were $6 for 500gI would rebuy as I enjoyed these delicious Australian peanuts and they’re worth the effort for me.
