Our crunchy homegrown peanuts are dry roasted in shell Our quality peanuts are produced by farmers in Central and South East Queensland. They're harvested in autumn, when the plants are uprooted, excess soil shaken off and partially sun-dried from 2-7 days. Once dried, they are shaken from the bush then cleaned and roasted.
