Great for salad topping. Beautiful and fresh. I added them on top of my salad for some crunch and in protein balls

Sunflower Seeds. A healthy snack to have throughout the day. I haven't tried these before but were quite nice and can also be added to other recipes such as cakes.

Nice. Good basic pack of sunflower seeds. Fresh enough, nice nutty taste, and easy to snack on or throw into salads and oats. Can get a bit repetitive on their own, but they do the job well for the price.
