Produced using mature grown white grape varieties, this delicate and fragrant sweet and sour condiment is obtained in the area of Modena by slow reduction and fermentation of the grape must, following the best local tradition. It is ideal as a dressing, base, sauce or marinade. Sweeter and lighter in flavour than darker Balsamic Vinegar of Modena varieties, it is ideal with fish, chicken, vegetables and salad.

Great on salads

Great on salads. Not too overpowering if you like a lighter version of balsamic vinegar.

Would buy again

Would buy again. This is great for a change in salad dressing from time to time. The texture and taste were just right and not too overbearing. The label, however, was very confusing.

Delicious 🤤

Delicious 🤤. The bottle states White Condiment but Bunch states this product is a Balsamic Vinegar- either way it was delicious. It is actually made in Italy. We dressed our tomato 🍅 & onions 🧅 with it topped on our salad. It was a sweet light flavourcant faultC

NEW - Well Balanced White Balsamic

NEW - Well Balanced White Balsamic. This white balsamic is a great addition to vingers.   It has a fruity flavour and less overpowering when compared with the dark balsamic vinegar.   It is not syrupy and good to add to sauces to give an tangy flavour.   It gives salad dressing a cleaner look without leaving a sticky brown tint on the salad.   Because it is milder than vinegar it is great for pickling red onions and cucumbers. Excellent product!

Nice Choice

Nice Choice. The name was confusing, one name on this site, yet another name on the bottle in the store?? Very Confusing. As a Balsamic Vinegar, it is quite nice. First was as a dressing over the salad, the second in a sauce for the BBQ meat. Adds flavour, not only to the salad, but also the sauce. The uses on the bottle has the mind working, may have to try a few.

Confusing description

Confusing description. Whilst described as 'Balsamic white' vinegar by Bunch, the actual product on the shelf advertises itself as 'White Condiment' which itself is a confusing description. I'm not sure why it isn't just clearly described as what it is - a mild white vinegar. This mild white vinegar is prefect for making your own salad dressing, adding some mild acidity to sauces and my personal favourite - pickling red onion. A nice option to have on hand, it looks nice and feels a little bit fancy in it's glass bottle.

Mild n zingy

Mild n zingy. We never knew there was a white balsamic vinegar so was very keen to try. It didn’t disappoint. A milder balsamic vinegar but still packs a punch. It was lovely on a garden salad and excited the taste buds without overpowering. We look forward to trying it as a marinate as suggested on the bottle. I definitely will buy again n highly recommend it.

Great Vinegar

Great Vinegar. Sweet and sour mild flavor, mix floral and fruit ideal for dressings or salads. I prefer this to white vinegar.

Gives a special, delicate touch to your salads!

Gives a special, delicate touch to your salads! This beautiful tall glass bottle costs $3, contains 250 ml and is sold as a "white condiment". Contains wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, balsamic vinegar of Modena and sulphitesMade in ItalyTo store away from light, in a cool, dry place. The bottle is completely recyclable. Here the possible usesAs it's not as strong as the pure red balsamic vinegar, this condiment is considered ideal as salad dressing. Other possible uses would be as marinadeExpires in almost two yearsThe label and bottle make this product look premium! So far I've tried it twice. First in a regular saladThen in another salad made of cucumber, carrot and green onions. I added 2 tablespoons of this condiment, 1 tablespoon of tamari sauce and 1 tablespoon of peanut oil. This is the final dish: rice at the bottom. Then chicken strips marinated in coconut milk, tamari, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, honey and turmeric powder. Salad on top and a peanut sauce all over. Plus some peanuts. You can definitely taste the balsamic vinegar, but it's not overpowering. I really enjoyed this condiment. My family too. It gave a special, delicate touch to the salads. It will probably appeal to people who find the red balsamic vinegar too strong. I personally love the red one, but this product in my idea deserves a place in your pantry. I recommend it! I definitely prefer this compared to white wine vinegar!
