Pathetic

Didn't hold either my Phone, with an attachment I bought separately, or directly to my go-pro or compact camera. Randomly Just goes limp and drops halfway through a shot. The legs don't open properly so it wont even sit on the ground. Then when you tip it on it's side the weight just makes it all fall off. Don't waste your time.

Waste of money and purchase

The tripod is too small and you can’t use it for anything

Compact and lightweight

Tripod is well made, and sturdy design without being too bulky. Portable, compact and lightweight gadget, that I can slip in the satchel and take with me wherever I need to setup a photo or video. Coupled with a phone mount, it's perfect for capturing moments on the fly.

Reasonable, If Used Correctly

This wasn't bought separately, but it was packaged with the Logitech C922 Pro Stream webcam I obtained last year. It can screw into and work with smartphone adapters (with a smartphone attached) and Logitech's webcams. This includes the Logitech BRIO, once you figure out how to remove the monitor clip. It has a few problems, however. Firstly, the tightening screw is very fickle. A slight bump will cause the point to loosen and you have to spend 5 minutes to re-level your webcam. Secondly, it's just strong enough for webcams while being a bit here-or-there when it comes to smartphones. Even as a budget item, it would not be advisable to slap a Sony a5100 mirrorless camera onto it - with the lens attached, not unless you put something in front of the tripod to stop it from falling. With just the body, you should be fine. At its budget price, it's good for basic items. For DSLRs and mirrorless cameras, it might be worth saving for better.
